Please read this Account Policy carefully before creating or using an account with Glow Tag. By creating an account, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Account Creation

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.

  1. Go to Profile.
  2. Select Edit Profile.
  3. Click Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions.

Please note:

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Once deleted, your personal data and content associated with the account may be removed from our servers.
  • Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements.

6. Account Termination by Company

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Account Policy, our Terms and Conditions, or any applicable law.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of your account and the Service. Any content associated with your account may be deleted, and the Company will have no obligation to return it.

7. Account Data

You are responsible for maintaining backups of any content you upload or store on your account. The Company may retain your account data as necessary for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes but is not obligated to store your content indefinitely.

8. Changes to Account Policy

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or update this Account Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice where possible. Continued use of your account after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
