1. Platform Role, Scope & Liability Disclaimer (Foundational & Non-Negotiable)

GlowTag is a technology-enabled discovery, content, and marketplace platform that allows users to discover, review, tag, and interact with beauty, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle-related businesses and creators.

GlowTag does NOT:

• Provide beauty, fashion, cosmetic, wellness, or personal care services
• Act as a service provider, agent, broker, employer, or representative
• Supervise, control, or monitor services rendered by third parties
• Guarantee outcomes, results, quality, safety, pricing, or availability of services
• Verify licenses, certifications, qualifications, hygiene standards, or compliance of service providers unless explicitly stated

No Responsibility & No Agency Clause

Any interaction, booking, communication, agreement, transaction, payment, service, or dispute occurring between:

• Clients and salons
• Clients and beauty professionals
• Clients and creators or influencers
• Subscribers and users

is strictly between the involved parties. Nothing on GlowTag creates:

• An employment relationship
• A partnership
• A joint venture
• An agency relationship

GlowTag shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for:

• Quality, suitability, or outcome of services
• Hygiene, sanitation, or safety standards
• Allergic reactions, injuries, dissatisfaction, or damages
• Pricing disputes, refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations
• Misrepresentation, negligence, or misconduct by users or businesses
• Any loss, damage, or harm arising from off-platform interactions

2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Conduct

By accessing or using GlowTag, all users agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and truthful information
• Use the platform in a lawful, respectful, and ethical manner
• Exercise personal judgment and responsibility when engaging with others
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

Users must NOT:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users or businesses
• Post fake, misleading, deceptive, or manipulated reviews
• Impersonate individuals, businesses, or public figures
• Upload copyrighted, stolen, explicit, violent, or harmful content
• Circumvent security measures or platform safeguards
• Manipulate ratings, engagement metrics, or AI systems
• Use GlowTag for fraudulent or illegal activities

GlowTag reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Remove or restrict content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Limit access to features
• Take enforcement action without prior notice

3. Glow Feed & User-Generated Content Policy

The Glow Feed is a community-driven, user-generated content space.

GlowTag:

• Does not pre-screen, approve, or endorse user content
• Does not guarantee accuracy or truthfulness of posts
• Acts solely as a hosting and distribution platform

By posting content, users represent and warrant that:

• They own or have legal rights to the content
• The content reflects their genuine experience
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• They accept full legal responsibility for their posts

Prohibited Glow Feed Content Includes:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Nudity, sexual, or explicit material
• Medical, dermatological, or health claims without authorization
• Dangerous, harmful, or misleading advice
• Fraudulent advertisements or promotions
• Defamation of individuals, brands, or businesses

GlowTag may remove or restrict content at any time to protect platform integrity.

4. Reviews, Ratings & Tagging Disclaimer

• Reviews and ratings represent subjective personal opinions
• Experiences may vary between users
• GlowTag does not verify or guarantee accuracy

GlowTag may:

• Detect and remove fake, abusive, or manipulated reviews
• Flag suspicious review activity
• Restrict review privileges for violations

Businesses acknowledge and accept that:

• Negative reviews may occur
• Honest feedback will not be altered or removed solely due to dissatisfaction

5. Subscriptions, Paid Features & Monetization

Users & Subscribers:

• Subscription fees grant access to platform features only
• No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, exposure, or bookings
• Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law

Businesses & Creators:

• Subscriptions do NOT guarantee client acquisition, revenue generation, visibility ranking, or positive reviews

GlowTag reserves the right to:

• Modify features
• Adjust pricing
• Introduce or remove paid offerings
• Discontinue services with reasonable notice

6. AI, Technology & Insight Disclaimer (Critical for Risk Mitigation)

GlowTag AI features provide informational, aesthetic, and discovery-based insights only.

GlowTag AI:

• Does NOT diagnose medical or dermatological conditions
• Does NOT provide professional, medical, or legal advice
• Does NOT replace licensed professionals
• May produce generalized or imperfect outputs

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• AI insights are used at their own discretion
• GlowTag is not responsible for decisions or outcomes based on AI suggestions

7. Privacy, Safety & Data Protection Rules

GlowTag enforces:

• Data minimization principles
• Encryption in transit and at rest
• Secure authentication mechanisms
• User-controlled privacy and visibility settings
• Strict prohibition on selling personal data

Users must:

• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others
• Refrain from scraping, harvesting, or misusing data
• Use personal data only for intended platform purposes

Violations may result in:

• Immediate account suspension or termination
• Legal action where applicable

8. Dispute Resolution & Platform Immunity

• Is not obligated to mediate disputes

Users agree that:

• GlowTag is fully released from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from such disputes

• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Abuse or harassment
• Security threats
• Legal or reputational risk to the platform

Such actions may occur:

• With or without prior notice
• Without obligation to reinstate access

10. Indemnification (Investor & Founder Protection)

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GlowTag, its founders, officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• User content
• User interactions
• Services provided by users or businesses
• Violations of these rules
• Breach of laws or third-party rights

11. Final Authority, Amendments & Enforcement

GlowTag reserves the right to:

• Update, modify, or replace these rules at any time
• Interpret and enforce policies at its sole discretion
• Act in the best interest of platform safety, legality, and integrity

Continued use of GlowTag constitutes acceptance of all updates.
